Mediterranean Beef Shawarma Sheet Pan ExactPack

Used the recipe from the exact pack for the beef shawarma and it was delicious. Just the right
Meal for a rainy cold day. I cooked mine on a grill pan and paired with sliced cucumber and warm rolls

We used the Mediterranean Beef Shawarma Sheet Pan ExactPack with the skirt steak specified in the recipe and it was delicious. As empty nesters, we got three meals out of the effort. We ate the meat in tortillas with roasted onions and mini bell peppers, green salad, and refried beans for the tortillas. I appreciated not having to blend the spices myself, so the Spice House saved me some time. I liked that.

I was too excited to use this exactpack and used it on shredded meat from a rotisserie chicken. I sauteed shallots, garlic and an orange bell pepper first. Added olive oil and the spice mix to the chicken and kept that to the side. Once the sauteed items were 3/4 done, I added the chicken to the pan and voila....chicken shawarma. It tasted delicious and I look forward to ordering another pack and using it correctly! Note: I probably had 3lbs of chicken and the amount of spices from the pack was just fine. Loved it.

This is a nice spice mix. I made it with chicken instead of beef and we threw in some carrots with the peppers and onions. Turned out excellent. This is on my favorites list. It's so easy to prepare and clean-up. I ate mine with some Greek olives and tzatziki sauce while my husband ate it plain. Not really spicy or hot, nice mix of Med flavors
