Golden Herb Chicken
This Golden Herb Chicken will be your new favorite weeknight meal. Serve this flavorful chicken with mashed potatoes and your favorite veggies.
Preparation Instructions:
For the marinade, mix together olive oil, garlic, Golden Herb Salt, and the lemon juice in a bowl.
If your chicken breasts are thicker, pound until flattened. Season your chicken lightly with Golden Herb Salt and add pepper to taste. Add the chicken to the marinade bowl and cover. Place in the fridge for about a half hour.
In a pan, add a bit of oil and place the marinated chicken. Cook on medium-high heat until both sides are golden brown and the chicken is thoroughly cooked. Garnish with fresh parsley & enjoy!
