This soup was amazing! Quick to make, flavors complex and warm, Not too much cumin, a bit thin but so satisfying! Served it with bao to an Asian friend who raved over the soup. I have several food allergies so was wary to try. Also in the past, recipes on the “box” for other brand’s products have been largely disappointing. Not this one!
