
Moroccan Fruit Salad with Orange Blossom Water
Arrange sliced oranges and mandarins on plate.
Dust with cinnamon before garnishing with almond slivers and shredded mint leaves.
Serve immediately.
Add touch of rosewater or orange blossom water for an extra lift. Toppings can be customized to your liking. Some crumbled goat cheese or a bit of pomegranate seeds would work well in this dish. Sliced and pitted dates are a welcomed guest to this party. Even the spices are open to interpretation. Cumin would be an interesting spin on this flavor profile. Ras el Hanout adds an aromatic complexity as well.
