About This Blend
Our Jamaican Jerk Seasoning is a best seller during the summer grilling season. The best testimonial we’ve received for this blend came from a native Jamaican attending school in the US, who told us it was so authentic it made him homesick! For real jerk flavor, it’s worth the extra time it takes to make a marinade, but if you're not into marinades the flavor is still great sprinkled over ribs, chicken and grilled shrimp.
Ingredients
Onion, garlic, kosher salt, cane sugar, thyme, allspice, chiles, green onion, pepper, nutmeg, cinnamon, sage.

Jamaican Jerk Seasoning
The best Jamaican Jerk seasoning, we have been using it for years!
I followed the “recipe” on the packaging using apple cider vinegar and chicken thighs, and marinated for 9 hours. Result was absolutely delicious and will definitely be purchasing regularly to try in more dishes. The heat level is perfect and balances nicely with the sweet. Love it!
Rub on ribs; seal in foil with three bay leaves and roast at 300 for about 2.5 hrs. The best ribs ever.
