Not too salty or spicy, this blend is perfect for use in cooking, but it also stands up as a rub for roasted meats or blackened fish. Shake it straight onto prepared food instead of salt and pepper for a little cajun twist. This blend was previously called 'King Creole Seasoning.' This one is the flavor profile you are looking for over the cajun seasoning they have.

Perfectly balanced, not too salty

I thought I'd never find a cajun/blackening seasoning to match the in-house blend at the restaurant where I used to work. I was wrong. The Spice House Cajun blend is savory with just the right amount of heat (I add a little Cyanne sometimes) and not overly salted like the store brands. LOVE IT!

It's Got A Kick.

I used this for the first time with some seafood chowder, and it was delicious! It has a bit of a kick to it, but not too much and certainly not overwhelming. I can tell I'll be using this one for a variety of dishes.
