What a surprise!

I bought this out of curiosity since I've never had it before and what a surprise! A mildly spicy, fruity flavor makes this one of the most original tasing peppers I've ever had!

My Newest Favorite Spice

I was quite surprised by how fruity this chile is. And being only moderately hot, a good amount can be used to add its fruity character. I use this spice all over the place and it has become an almost everyday spice in a handy sprinkle bottle.
