Old World Spicy Italian Herb Seasoning - I’m a new customer (switched from political spice company) I used mix with deer & pork to make breakfast sausage. Next with moose and pork. My new go to. Yummy

Great spice for sauces and veggies
This spice is unbelievably good! It has a strong Italian aroma and is great in pasta sauces. I also have found that using it on vegetables is good. My main uses are using it in a red sauce and using it on roasted brussels sprouts. 10/10 recommend!

Nice blend, but...
I used the recommended amount for a pound of pork sausage and it tasted like a pork salt stick. Definitely REDUCE the amount recommended on the package. The saltiness really ruined the sausage, the spiciness is like a "Late to the Party" kind of deal.
