This is a beautiful spice. It is a nice touch to add a bit to my veggie soup with the Herbes de Provence but it is spectacular on chicken and in dressings

I tried this on a grilled rotisserie chicken,, it was some of the best chicken we've had in a while. Had to try it on a vertical roasted chicken.
