Minced California Garlic

Details
Try making your own Teriyaki using this dried minced garlic. Mix one cup soy sauce to one cup brown sugar, add a teaspoon of crushed red chile flakes and a tablespoon (or two, there is no such thing as "too much garlic" but this minced garlic packs a punch) of minced garlic. Mix until the sugar dissolves, and keep it in the fridge to use for anything from a dipping sauce to the base of your very own Mongolian Beef recipe.

Great to have on hand when fresh is unavailable or not timely, and is the perfect replacement!
Great minced garlic. Too often I don't allow for the time to mince fresh garlic and some of the options at the grocery aren't any good tbh. This is a perfect and easy substitute no matter what recipe I'm working on. I've used it in breads, pasta sauces, casserole dishes etc.
Garlic, Minced
I use Minced Garlic when sauteing ingredients in a stir-fry. A convenient way to add intense garlic flavor. Spice House herbs and spices always taste so fresh!
Nothing I hate more than chopping garlic. Bottled is beyond awful. This is such a great substitute for those of us that want something flavorful and not bitter without the work. Thanks.
