Paprika, onion, and thyme give this blend a classic creole flavor profile, livened up with a little pepper heat. Not too salty or spicy, this blend is perfect for use in cooking, but it also stands up as a rub for roasted meats or blackened fish. Shake it straight onto prepared food instead of salt and pepper for a little cajun twist. This blend was previously called 'King Creole Seasoning.'
This is it! If Creole is on the menu, look no further! Perfect for blackening, gumbo, jambalaya... You can use in any soup for a Cajun splash. Honestly, once you've tried this blend, you'll want to put it on everything!

The way to go
This one is the flavor profile you are looking for over the cajun seasoning they have.

Perfectly balanced, not too salty
I thought I'd never find a cajun/blackening seasoning to match the in-house blend at the restaurant where I used to work. I was wrong. The Spice House Cajun blend is savory with just the right amount of heat (I add a little Cyanne sometimes) and not overly salted like the store brands. LOVE IT!
