French Style Thyme

This is the best thyme I've ever purchased! Normally, dried thyme dissappoints me. Nothing bottled could ever compare to what I grew in my garden. This comes pretty darn close, though. It has a heavenly aroma and tastes very fresh, and like the description says, the leaves are soft and sweet. I can't keep myself from sprinkling it on everything! Five stars from me!

Used in my potato soup and in my split pea soup. Excellent.

This was the first time/thyme I have ordered from The Spice House. I grow a lot of my own herbs but have never had good look with thyme, which I like to use in the herb mixes that I make and use in our kitchen. I will never again buy herbs from the big name brands sold in the grocery store as those smell like dead weeds and have little to no flavor. This thyme has a wonderful aroma and flavor.

Pun aside, this thyme adds just the right flavor to my homemade Italian sauce, pot roasts, chicken, soup, and stews. Don't run out of time, order some today!
