Apple Cinnamon Nut Bread
These indispensable essentials elevate any meal.
Submitted by: Shannon from Burlington, KY
Yield: 4
Cut the French Loaf in half, making 2 long slices. Next, drizzle the 2 Tablespoons of Olive Oil over top of the 2 slices. Sprinkle as much or as little of the Herb de Provance on top of the bread as you would like. Slice the wheel of Brie and place over the bread slices. Bake at 350 degrees for about 5-7 minutes, until the edges of the bread turn brown, and the Brie cheese is slightly melted. To serve, slice into individual pieces and dip into and Olive Oil and vinegar mixture. Enjoy!
This is also a great side dish with any soup on those cold winter days!
