Cane sugar, cinnamon, vanilla bean paste (cane sugar, water, Madagascar vanilla extract, vanilla bean seeds, gum tragacanth as a natural thickener), vanilla powder (dextrose and select Madagascar vanilla beans), allspice, ginger, nutmeg, cloves, mace.

I cut open my flatpack this morning to sprinkle some on a buttered English muffin and had a childhood flashback to getting Necco wafers in my Halloween candy. I'm wondering if it's the mace that I'm picking up on, since I don't have that in my spice arsenal. It's good but not what I was expecting. Try it and see what you think!
