For fried chicken that twangs with flavor, mix one part Fried Chicken Seasoning with five parts flour in a bag. Toss in the chicken pieces and shake until coated, then fry. Our Fried Chicken Seasoning is also delicious on fried catfish, grilled pork chops, or to make seasoned croutons. You can even toss cubed potatoes in this seasoning before roasting for an addictive side dish that’s a winner at picnics. This blend was previously called 'Ozark Fried Chicken Seasoning.'
Customers appreciate the flavor and versatility of this seasoning, often using it beyond just fried chicken. They enjoy experimenting with various dishes, including soups, marinades, and other proteins. Many express satisfaction with its ability to enhance taste, making it a staple in their kitchens.
I’ve used this for almost everything from veggies to eggs and my favorite is a dry rub for chicken wings

Seasoning The Chicken
I rub this Fried Chicken Seasoning all over and under the chicken skin next to the meat before roasting the bird.

Always fantastic.
I buy all my spices from the spice house. They’re always fresh. I always am satisfied and they’re comparable price with the amount that you get with the flat packs when you go to the store.

For everything!
I use this on nearly everything I make! It is like a kicked up version of Lawry's seasoning salt. It is salty, a little spicy, yet it has some sweetness and warmth. Great for seasoning meat or veggies.
