I have used Fenugreek seeds in soups for years. I love the slightly bitter flavor and the love that it is healing. These LEAVES however raise it a level. I use it like parsley. It echos the seeds. I use it on soups and casseroles when I want that earthy essence. Thanks for offering it!!
