Roasted Cauliflower with Mushrooms and Onion
Simple, savory, and satisfying. The tangy Black Garlic Ramen pepper is a wonderful pairing for roasted cauliflower and mushroom.
What a uniquely delicious flavor the black garlic adds to whatever you sprinkle this on! It adds a unique "something, but i can't tell what" delicious layer to your food. I use it most often on cottage cheese for breakfast where I used to just use pepper. I've also addressed it to soups, stir fry, and chicken and biscuits. I love that it's salt free and adds so much flavor.

Black garlic
I have put it on sauted veggies as well as on pizza. Wonderful addition to both!

Morimoto Ramen Pepper
It is misnamed. I use it in and on everything from eggs to stews and stir fries. Very versatile, not overpowering, it adds both a little kick and elegance. I always keep a couple bottles on hand and give them to friends as a random act of kindness, especially if they are familliar with Iron Chef Morimoto.
