This stuff is magical!
What a uniquely delicious flavor the black garlic adds to whatever you sprinkle this on! It adds a unique "something, but i can't tell what" delicious layer to your food. I use it most often on cottage cheese for breakfast where I used to just use pepper. I've also addressed it to soups, stir fry, and chicken and biscuits. I love that it's salt free and adds so much flavor.
