This Berbere blend is dangerously good
Let me preface this with the fact that I LOVE the flavor of fenugreek. I am to fenugreek as catnip is to kittens. That out of the way, this blend was so beautifully done. And I love all the rich bold flavors in here, especially the fenugreek. I’ve gone a little wild and tried it in most things, to great success. Including boxed Mac and cheese, biscuits and gravy, tomato soup, brown gravy and mashed potatoes, chili, eggs, and of course normal things like chicken, beef, lamb, fish. This spice blend is one of my top three favorites ever.

Wow, Chicken salad
I had some nice chicken , so made a chicken salad with celery and 1/2 teaspoon. the flat pack Ethiopian Berbere! Simple and so delicious!
