Classic Italian Vinaigrette
This is the classic salad dressing you will find at many Italian-American restaurants. It is delicious with late-summer tomatoes, freshly torn basil leaves, and fresh mozzarella pearls. You can also use this dressing as a marinade fo grilled chicken.
Preparation Instructions:
Whisk ingredients together in a mixing bowl.
Let stand for 20-30 minutes before use.
