Like Mushrooms? Just not the texture.

We like mushroom flavor, however my wife does not like the texture of mushrooms. I use this powder to add mushroom flavor to gravy and roasts without her picking thru the food and discarding the whole mushroom.
Excellent flavor for stews and gravy.
