Where has this been all my life?

I saw this on an ingredient list, I had never heard of it. I love chili peppers, so checked this out. Holy mackerel is this good. It had so much more depth than just spicy, which it is, but it flares up but goes to a slight hot aftertaste. Now I’m putting it on most everything to see if there’s anything it will NOT work with. You’ll love it.

This is what Kashmiri chili powder should be

This is my Kashmiri chili powder of choice. I have been VERY disappointed with other brands that are far too hot. This powder is correct for getting some spicy heat and a bit of red color in Indian dishes.
