Cocoa Masala is not your typical hot cocoa. Blended from our premium cocoa powders and combined with some of our rich Indian spices, Cocoa Masala provides that much needed warmth on a cold winter's day.
Mix this gourmet hot cocoa with regular or non-dairy milk and top with marshmallows for a spicy treat! For 1 cup of cocoa, mix 2 tablespoons cocoa mix with 1/4 cup hot milk and stir well to make a smooth paste. Add 3/4 cup milk, heat and enjoy. Do not boil. For a family-sized batch, whisk 1/2 cup gourmet hot cocoa mix with 1 cup hot milk, and stir until smooth. Then, slowly add 4 cups milk, heat and serve. Do not boil.

I love hot chocolate in the winter. I melt mint chocolate in it and add a touch of vanilla and top it with whipped cream. YUM!! This is both flavorful and SPICEY. Double YUM!!

Cocoa and Chai -Oh My!
This is great ( my only complaint was that the 8 oz bag did not have instructions on it.. ) I love the spices - and it made an EXCELLENT Latte as well, when I mixed it equally with a cup of coffee (dirty chai move over! ) So good. I added a bit of sweet cream to the milk, and that seemed to bring out the spices a bit more even. So good. (super happy I bought the larger bag to start)

I love cocoa and I love chai but have I ever thought of combining these two loves? No, no I have not. So, when I read the description of the Cocoa Masala, I was intrigued and instantly had to order it. I was Not disappointed, delicious rich hot Cocoa with those wonderful Indian spices - amazing! I will be ordering more.
