No matter their skill level in the kitchen, this box of house blends is magical. For someone like me, who is "seasoning challenged", it really upped my game and my confidence. I struggle with either over seasoning or under seasoning. Neither is a good thing. These house blends make it so easy to put flavorful food on the table quickly. I use the chicken and fish for roasting, broiling, or baking. The beef I've used in marinades and as a finish. It is to die for in burgers. The vegetable I normally use on crunchy veggies - sauteed or roasted. It's amazing on roasted sweet potatoes. If your a batch cooker, these are great be ause they do not overpower in one flavor profile. You could use the house blend for fish on a large piece of salmon, eat it on Sunday as is, add it to a salad on Tuesday with an Asian twist, and use the last of it on Wednesday in your egg scramble. I am an avid cook. I have tossed most of the spices I had previously and replaced them with your products. The flavor of all products are amazing. Moving forward I won’t use anything but The Spice House Brand.
