I didn’t know what I was missing!

I am so excited to have run across The Spice House! I bought the soup pack as well as two additional seasoning packs. I have only been able to use one of the soup packs so far. It was the Ethiopian lentil soup. It was amazing. Took me right back to my first visit to an Ethiopian restaurant. Great memories there, and now great memories relived, tasting the berbere seasoning. I realized this seasoning would also work well in making Cajun style gumbo…the flavors are very similar and I wouldn’t have to make a roux if I thickened the gumbo with lentils. Excited to try the Mediterranean vegetable seasoning. So glad I ran across you!

Exact pack Curry soup

Used the Exact Pack for the Pumpkin Coconut Curry soup.
Substituted Sweet Potato for the Pumpkin. Added chicken once, and white beans another batch. Delish! Absolutely love this Sweet Curry blend.

Fantastic packs!

I purchased the Ethiopian ExactPack and my husband and I loved it. Swapped out the kale for spinach and it was amazing. I came back and ordered a couple more styles and am also looking forward to using those. These are convenient ways to try new flavor profiles! I even got my friend hooked on these packs. Would love expanded line of them, actually! Maybe a couple Baking ExactPacks? Will make nice stocking stuffers this season, too!

Creole Black Bean Soup

I made the Creole Black Bean soup today. OMG delicious but then I added some large shrimp. Over the top excellent. Please offer this so I can buy it without having to buy the variety pack..this blend can stand on its own.
