We like this quite a lot

We like this soup quite a lot. We really don't make any changes to the recipe except to use chorizo sausage and occasionally mix two different types of beans. The soup is spicy but in a good rich way; it's not TOO spicy. Very nice on a winter evening.

Spicy and delicious

Our library's spice club gave out packets of the Creole Black Bean Soup. I did use salt free beans and tomatoes. I substituted some leftover roasted butternut squash for the corn. I would do that again. It complemented the soup nicely. We will buy it ourselves and make again! Score one for library spice club
