Ingredients

  • FOR THE TOASTED ONION DIP:
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • FOR THE HERB BUTTER CROSTINI:
  • 1/2 loaf of Italian ciabatta bread, sliced into half inch thick slices
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1 tbsp minced fresh herbs (we used rosemary, oregano, basil, and chives)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: fresh grated parmesan cheese
  • FOR THE CHARCUTERIE BOARD:
  • Assortment of fruits, veggies, nuts, and olives for dipping

Preparation Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Prepare the crostini by mixing the herb butter ingredients in a bowl. Spread the butter onto the slices of ciabatta bread.

Arrange the bread slices in a single layer on a baking sheet.

Sprinkle Cacio e Pepe Italian Blend on top and add some fresh grated parmesan if you’d like.

Toast the crostini for 15 minutes until slightly crisp.

In the meantime, prepare the Toasted Onion Dip.

Prepare according to the package directions by mixing 2 tablespoons of the spice blend for every cup of sour cream.

Let the dip sit for 10 minutes minimum for the flavors to blend in well.

Divide the dip between two bowls and place one on each side of the charcuterie board.

Choose your favorite charcuterie ingredients! We used tomatoes, broccoli, cucumbers, celery, pears, grapes, olives, walnuts, carrots, and gherkins.

Begin arranging the ingredients around the dip bowls.

Once the crostini is ready, arrange it on the board as well.

Dip and ENJOY!
