Grilled Vegetable Summer Salad
A simple summer perfect salad featuring grilled vegetables, and Rodney Scott's Porcini Garlic Herb Pepper Rub. This dressing combination could also be used for a simple green salad.
Preparation Instructions:
Mix ingredients together, yields 3/4 cup of dressing.
Grill vegetables, remove from grill and toss in dressing.
