Cowboy Beans

This recipe is like the more robust cousin of Boston baked beans. This is the perfect side dish for a plate of homemade BBQ brisket.
Preparation Instructions:
Preheat oven to 325.
Rinse and drain the beans. Fry, drain, cool and crumble the bacon. Brown the ground meat; add onion and carrot and cook until onion is translucent and meat is done, about 10 minutes. Stir in Sunny Oaxaca Seasoning, beans, tomato sauce, molasses, and vinegar. Pour into 3-quart casserole dish and bake, covered, 1 1/2 hours.
Even better the next day; add water or more tomato sauce before reheating.
