Classic French Mixed Greens Salad
This classic salad is as delicious as it is simple. Our Classic French Vinaigrette Mix creates the perfect dressing to toss with your favorite mixed greens.
Preparation Instructions:
Add 2 tbsp Classic French Vinaigrette Mix to a mason jar with 2/3 cup olive oil and 1/3 cup white wine vinegar; shake well. Let dressing meld for up to one day in the refrigerator.
When ready to assemble the salad, shake dressing again.
In a large bowl, toss mixed greens with desired amount of dressing.
Plate salad on a large platter or serving dish. Garnish with shaved parmesan and freshly cracked black pepper. Enjoy!
