Yield: serves 4
Split the chicken wings at the knuckle. Place them in a mixing bowl.
Mix the marinade ingredients in a separate bowl until smooth. For a hotter sauce, add the cayenne.
Pour mixture over wings, cover and marinate in the fridge overnight.
Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
Grill chicken for 10-20 minutes until wings are crispy and internal temperature reaches 160F.
These wings can also be prepared in the oven and made crispy using the broiler.
