The whole herb garden!

Always wanted to try this blend but the tarragon made me pause as I'm not a big fan of anise flavor. I needn't have worried! There are so many wonderful flavors in this blend and they all come together for one amazing flavor! This has a bright, mild, singular flavor that is wonderful in soup, rice, or on a salad. Add to softened butter to spread on bread!

New Discovery

I thought I wasn't going to like it but then gave it a try, and wow it is so delicious. I put it in chicken noodle soup, ratatouille, and to make a quick French dressing. I'm surprised how much I end up using it.

So Delicious!

First time trying the Spice House’s Herbs de Provence. Very flavorful and aromatic. Used it to season roasted cauliflower steaks-even my cauliflower-hating husband loved it. So good!

Excellent blend

This is my standard herbes de Provence blend because the flavors are well balanced and do not have the harsh flavors that some other herbes de Provence blends have. Delicious. Works well in soups, sauces, compound butters, salad dressings, and dips.
